Shipping and Delivery
All orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business morning.
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on where you are. Everything ships from our home base in NYC via USPS with tracking included.
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For everything else, it's a flat $6.99.
Right now, we ship within the United States only. We're hoping to open up international shipping soon. If you'd like a heads-up when we do, send us a note.
Reach out as soon as you can at hello@olivesproutkids.com. If we haven't packed your order yet, we can usually update it. Once it's out the door, the address can't be changed.
USPS scans can lag by a day or two, especially over weekends. If 48 hours have gone by with no update, send us your order number and we'll look into it.
Email us with your order number and we'll work with USPS to track it down. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.
Returns and Exchanges
You're welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your ship date. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
Submit a return through our returns portal. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Once your items are back with us and inspected, we'll email confirmation of your refund.
Yes. U.S. returns are free with the prepaid label from our portal.
Your original shipping fee isn't refundable. Returns won't cost you anything to send back, though. Once your return is approved through our returns portal, we'll email you a prepaid label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Because our inventory changes often, exchanges are handled case by case. Email us at hello@olivesproutkids.com with your order number and the size you're hoping for, and we'll see what's available and walk you through next steps.

Sizing
Most of our brands run true to size. A few of our European labels (like Atelier Babbi) run smaller and we recommend sizing up. Brand-specific sizing notes live on each product page.
We almost always say size up. Babies and toddlers grow faster than any of us expect, and a little room means more wears.
Each product page has a size guide tab with measurements specific to that brand. If you can't find what you're looking for, send us the product name and we'll walk you through it.
For newborns, the 3 to 6 month size tends to get the most wear (most babies grow out of newborn within weeks). For toddlers, when in doubt, size up. We're always happy to help you choose, just email us.
Gifts
Every order arrives with a personal note from us. If there's something specific you'd like written, leave it in the note field at checkout .
No. All orders include a packing slip, but prices are never on it, so any order is safe to send as a gift.
Yes. Use the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout and add your gift note. If the note is forgotten or sent too late, our packing slip still shows your name (never the price), so the recipient will always know who it's from.
